Click the “My Account” button at the top-right corner of our website and select “Sign Up.” Enter your name, surname, email address, and password to complete your registration.
Use a valid email address and choose a strong password (at least five characters). Make sure your personal information is accurate, as it is required for order delivery and communication.
Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, guest users cannot access certain member privileges such as viewing past orders.
Click “Add to Cart” on the product page, go to your cart, and finalize your purchase by selecting “Confirm Cart.” Ensure that your delivery and billing details, along with your Turkish ID number (or tax ID), are correctly entered.
We accept both credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through the Sipay payment system.
After registering, go to the “My Addresses” section under your profile (top right corner) to add or update your addresses. You may save multiple delivery addresses.
Orders are delivered within 1–7 business days across Türkiye. You can track your order status under “My Account.”
Click “Forgot Password” in the My Account area and enter your registered email address. A password-reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Yes. You can edit or remove items and change quantities in your cart before completing the checkout process.
No. Once an order has been confirmed, the delivery address or recipient details cannot be changed. You will need to create a new order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it through My Account → My Orders. For orders already dispatched, please follow the return procedure.

Your purchase agreement is available on your My Account page and is securely stored for five years following order confirmation.
