The world is going through an era marked by crises. In this environment of uncertainty, developing a strategic perspective on local, regional, and global transformations --interpreting these developments and placing them within a meaningful framework-- requires new approaches and explanatory models that reflect the spirit of the times.

We are witnessing a shift in the nature and scope of terrorism, a transformation in the character of warfare, and the unraveling of traditional alliances. Institutions that once defined, monitored, and sustained these alliances have become dysfunctional, pointing to a fundamentally altered geopolitical reality that challenges the postwar global paradigm. Türkiye’s new defense vision --outlined in 2015 and fully implemented starting in 2017-- is a direct response to this emerging reality.

This work, enriched by contributions from distinguished scholars and experts, presents a chronologically organized compilation of forward-looking insights.
